I'm sure it will get handled appropriately. Just looks like the box got dropped on the side where the feet were. Any retailer worth a damn will immediately fix the problem. In the meantime, you can expect my gift box on Monday or Tuesday
I was contacted via direct email this morning after trying a billion times to send the form email last night. Resolution is in the works. Fingers are crossed.
Hope they fix it for you.... bad customer service pisses me off more than just about anything. I just recently got screwed on a non-cigar order, some retailers absolutely do not give a single $hit. I hope this is not the case for you, buddy!
