I have posted this before but for a buck I think it's worth a second post. It's a Ed hardy tattoo electronic lighter. The art work can easily be removed and a cigar band can be applied. The big plus I see in this lighter is the fact it is only a dollar and its refillable. A refillable cigarette lighters r not easy to find these and this one works well I picked mine up at the dollar store but they have them at gas stations also. If you want a dependable soft flame for cheep this is a winner. I've refilled mine severa times and it works very well.
