Pinto beans, cornbread, fried taters, and fried spam...it doesn't get any better! My wife will take this over anything else!

This is my most requested meal, both from my wife and anytime we have visitors! The fried spam may sound a bit odd, but it's really good. Cut it thin and fry til a little crispy.

Thanks...It was wonderful with fresh green curry paste and coconut sauce. It took a lot of time to clean 14 lobster tails and fillet the skin off. This dish requires the solid lobster meat for the soft and buttery texture.
