    My wife's mostly Irish so I did the same - only, when I was growing up it was called a New England Boiled Dinner. Same grub, different name, but we love it.

    Pizza Hut ... I've seen more enthusiasm from prisoners on death row than our waitress . But I will say one thing , she can REALLY chew gum !!!

    Grilled chicken breasts , fried potato's with a small dab of vinegar , corn from last years garden , and peas ... add salt , pepper , butter and enjoy .

    I've got a pork butt injected and rubbed, gonna make some Yummy pulled pork tomorrow. Goes in the smoker in the am, nice thing about a 4.5 lb bone-in picnic roast...doesn't take forever and a day to cook it right.
