Finally got around to fixing the hibachi chicken and shrimp with mushrooms, zucchini, onions and a side of fried rice. Boy was that a good meal after church.
After looking at those pizzas make me want to fix up my Greek pizza. Instead of tomatoe sauce you use virgin olive oil and sliced tomatoes, and instead of mozzerella you use feta cheese. I like it on a whole wheat baboli pizza crust. It is yummy!
Grilled some boneless, skinless chicken breasts and made a brush on sauce of Andria's (local sauce), ginger, garlic, honey, and other spices and a side of steamed broccoli. My gf and I are trying to eat healthier.
