The song does remind me of Peter Gabriel music. Gabriel often has the vocals step up an octive on the chorus which I really like, and the use of non tradition instrument gives it that PG sound. The song also builds in emotion which is another Gabriel trick which makes him one of my favorites.0

I saw 7D over 10 yrs ago with Finger Eleven and (shudder) Creed. My drumming style was like Morgan Roses before I got old and crippled. I've left too many gigs bleeding and bruised and had never left my kit. I miss those days...
