Dio - Holy Diver (even though Killswitch Engage makes a VERY good cover for this song)

Rest in peace, Dio. Us rock nerds and metal heads miss you.

When we think of great songs...we always forget one or two. I just remembered one today I always forget, and it may actually be my all time favorite-----Carry On My Wayward Son, by Kanas. Give it a listen today, good ass times.

When I think of that song, I remember back to 1978 I believe it was and I was whatching Kansas live at Canada Jam. Almost 250,000 people to whatch 10 groups. Good weekend... what I remember of it anyway. I was still up and good to go for Kansas. At the time one of my favorite songs was Dust in the Wind, and at the concert they just nailed it.

Talk about throwback to the 90s, man. For me, it's Hanging By A Moment by Lifehouse.

For metalcore, though, I'm loving Five Months by Parkway Drive.

It's pretty good. Nailed.Dead.Risen was way better IMO.

Listened to Supertramp " Crime of the Century" album/CD today. #689 the Top 1000 recordings you must listen to before you die. I didn't get to vote, If I had it would have been higher.
