ALS Ice Bucket Challenge - anyone do it?

So going viral on social media right now is an ice bucket challenge, where people are challenged to either dump ice into a bucket of water and dump it over their heads and post to FB/twitter/whatever or donate some sum of money (~$100) to ALS research within 24 hours.
Because my mom died just over two years ago of the disease, I was challenged to do this and completed it today (a day late, so I donated and dumped). Anyone else see this? Or do it? I don't know if it'll work but I'll link my facebook here so you can check out the video (and send a friend request if you like)
