Nice hit and from having lived in AZ for so long I do know how good that Prickly Pear Jelly is. Didn't know you were having surgery but tons of good thoughts and vibes your way.

    Nicely done.
Although, I have no idea what a cactus pear is.
    Are they good to eat?

They're the small red fruit that grow on Prickly Pear Cacti like in the picture above with the jar of jelly. Sometimes they are referred to as Mickey Mouse Cactus because of the round shape and how they grow off of each other sometimes resembling Mickey Mouse ears. Have only had the jelly before which is really good but there are uses for pretty much every part of the Cactus.

    Interesting.
We don't have cactus here, we have salmon. LOL!
And I don't think salmon jelly would be that good. ROFL!
