As I sit hear sinking my teeth I to an amazing creation of a sandwich (Planet Sub, The Experience- holy Moses it's good) I started wondering... What is my favorite sandwich???? I ended up with left over thanksgiving turkey, tomato, bacon on toast with miracle whip. What is your favorite sandwich.

    One of my favorites is double grilled cheese and bacon. Cook a couple pieces of bacon then butter 2 pieces of bread. Put them butter down on the grill. Flip 1 when ready and place cheese and bacon on the grilled side, then put the other on top, grilled surface on the cheese. Finish by flipping/grilling outside of sandwich. There's usually a little butter on the grill so you don't have to butter the outside and it's not as greasy when you eat it.
