Central Waters Brewing Company out of Amherst, WI. They have an extensive barrel aging program that began back in 2002 with their Boubon Barrel Stout, my favorite beer. They also barrel age Barleywine (obviously), scotch ale, a coffee stout and maybe a few more. Their regular production brews are ok, but they're really known for their barrel aged beers.
