Stopped at the local shop to see a good friend and get stick to support the local economy. Snagged a CAO La Traviata for the road but before leaving I had to ask how the Trade Show was in Vegas. He had nothing but good things to say. I think I have it convinced to have me tag along next year as his "quality control" personal. LOL.

I can't say for sure what kind of time is on it, but it's a Behique 52 I acquired in June and it was in its down period when I received it, so it wasn't very old nor was it particularly fresh...best guess is 1-2 months old at the time, 2-3 now.docbp87:

Yesterday, I got my end of a deal with amz1301. In addition to the Grimalkins and Emilios that he had picked up for me, I recieved a Pinar Del Rio Seleccion, a Morro Castle, La Herencia Cubana Dos Capas, C.Com Sun Grown Torpedo, and a My Uzi Weighs a Ton!

I think the 1st 601 blues I used to smoke back in early 2009 were a bit better than they are now. Still the exact same cigar and blend now so maybe its just me. Still probably my favorite cigar most of the time.
Though I hear lots of cigars are best on their 1st couple of runs. Must be hard to grow and produce the same exact tobacco year after year. Give me a 601 blue any day and Im a happy man. -
