One time I ordered from CCom and then sent me some extras for free. Tim does not even complain when I blow up his inbox with some off the wall wants. Who do they think they are?!

Ccom has been awesome to deal with. In turn I have bombed them back and will continue to do so until morale improves.

Every time I have a question they answer it. Every time I place an order it is perfect. I truly wish that every vendor, by e-mail, net or in person was as good at what they do as CCom. Could they be from another world..? Hmmm...

This darn place, and their amazing customer service! I mean, it's like every order I've ever placed, was filled quickly and correctly. The email traffic I've had was closer to the rep just saying "You know what, here is my personal cell and home address. Call me when you're on your way and we'll talk about it over dinner".

Andy D always has me covered... Awesome deals, honoring almost any daily deal you can remember, broken stick? Couple extras with next order... And Tim did a killer deal last march. Ccom is always the first place I go to buy.

one time i made a $500ish order. when i ordered i told them the wrong box. when i got the box i realized MY mistake and called them. they said it was no problem and emailed me a packing label so i could ship the box back and within 48 hours i had the right box and a few extras.

i told them that they didnt need to make up for my mistake but they wouldnt listen. I told them that it wasnt their fault, it was MY fault. they didnt care. they insisted i take a few extra.

Yep, they are the best of the best. If I lived anywhere close to them I'd check for job openings. I'd love to work at a place like that. Impressive, is definitely one word you could use to describe their customer service efforts. Happy customers are a sign of excellence.

Me too. I'd work from home for them, too! (Anyone listening?)

When my wife was shopping for "flowers," she sent a bunch of emails back and forth to Kelly. They set up the purchase, and then my wife started asking her for good pairings with each cigar. Kelly compiled a list of qualities to look for and some suggestions. Great way to take care of my wife, who doesn't know much about this hobby of ours. She's (my wife) been jerked around by several B&M owners/employees while trying to do something nice for me. Not at CCOM!

Great service.....probably the best....period. Never had an issue!! The time that stands out the most was I was making a couple donations to a Charity silent auction and wanted to get some sticks to add to the Humis I was donating, created a beginner package, a medium package and a premium package each about 20-30 sticks, the problem I had was I forgot to order sticks and the day was approaching fast, called Andy put in order, brain lapse on my part because I forgot to tell him I needed it pronto, called the next day Andy was out of office, but the next rep stepped up and I explained about the donations and the speed I needed them, NO PROBLEM had priority service and items arrived on time to make the event. Items were way less then MSRP and auctioned for 1 1/2 - 2 times. Thank you CCOM

I put in an order for 10 Padilla Miami's on my last cruise when i was on the ship, 3 weeks past and no package. I contacted ccom to see when it was shipped and thay said dont worry they would send out another package for free! I told em hold onthat it was too generous. 3 days later the package showed up safe and sound. I did the online chat thing to let the know it was here safe and we ended up chatting for 20 minutes about ships, colors people wear on the flight deck, things going on back home, it was really nice. 2 weeks later some unannounced promo sticks show up on the ship with a note from ccom thanking me for my service.

    Customer. For. Life.
