Man Cave is nearly finished

C-LOVEC-LOVE Everyone, Registered Users Posts: 1,249
I recently moved and my new home has a 3 car detached garage, my wife and I have never really parked in our garage so I decided to turn 2/3 into a man cave. I have some decent carpet from the house that still has to be put in and a bunch of pics that still need to be hung. I plan on painting the ceiling and maybe the walls eventually. An exhaust fan is getting installed this week. When I bought the house the garage wasn't insulated or anything. I have a buddy who's a contractor and he's been getting it done. The piece covering the window is temporary until I get shades, I can't have anyone peeking in on me, you never know what's going on in there. And no that's not porn on the TV, it's Entourage. Check it out.

Great eye and taste Kasper, it is Joe Bonamassa. I took that pic at a concert I was at and blew it up poster size. In the bottom left hand corner of the picture you can barely see a red pick that Joe gave me.

Thanks everyone, I'm really enjoying it. I can't wait for the exhaust fan, gets real smokey in there especially if multiple people are smoking.

Very cool place to smoke and "watch entourage" Don't be ashamed we have all "watched entourage" at some point in our lives.

    Seriously though, great place.

Yeah Tony, I am looking for boxes. I'm going to make the whole wall to the right of the TV (the one with the window) a wall of boxes. I'll screw them from the inside and close or glue lids shut, all you'll see is the tops. It will probably take me a long time to fill the wall but I think it will look pretty nasty when finished. To answer your question, not looking for any one specific but would accept pretty much anything. If you have some that you'd like to get rid of let me know, I'll cover the shipping. Much appreciated.

Cool. Are going to just put the lids on or the whole box? I imagine you might get a more uniform look with just the lids, but a neat three dimensional look with the whole box. Let me see what I can pull out of the closet :)

I'm going to use the whole box. I think the varying three dimensional look will add to the awesomeness! I appreciate your help Tony.
