I have not smoked one since I snitched a few from Dad as a kid. Loved them then, of course -- forbidden fruit and all that. I suppose I ought to try one now; though I am not big on sweetened or infused.
I have been hunting for years for passable and affordable American made cigars. Marsh, Smithdale, Muniemaker, etc. Let me send you some. PM to you, heinon53. Click the link that says "inbox" at the upper right of your screen.
haven't had one in ages but I won't turn down a Backwoods cheroot when offered… does that count?
oh brother you and I both! I love me some machine made! I smoke B&Ms on a regular but really love the backwoods
Aj
Give the bandidos a try if you ever want to "try something new" in that category .... they're very comparable to backwoods as far as taste, construction, size, etc. (and they're slightly cheaper). http://www.cigar.com/cigars/viewCigar.asp?brand=944

I will have to give those a try! I tried some ones called ugly coyote from the other place and there real hit and miss, so if those are consistent then they would be perfect!

Guys. Swisher is making a premium cigar.
Casino Gold.
I have one. Have not tried it.
Have tried to try it, but I always seem to take another cigar instead.

really! How does it look appearance wise? Something worthy perhaps? Or one that might need some serious resting time?

Appearance, not to bad.
Smells pretty good.
This is the information I could find on it. Made by Nestor Plasencia using a blend of Nicaraguan Habano Rosado wrappers, African Cameroon binders, and 3 different Nicaraguan longfillers.
Priced between $5-$6 per. 21 to a box at about $95.
I'm stuck on trying this one. I'm a cameroon fiend, so it's intriguing.
I didn't buy this one, so I can't say whether I would have bought it, being it's a Swisher.
But after doing the reading on it, I'm letting it rest a little and then will try it.
I'm willing to give it a try.
