He took a bullet to the face “when he was captured”? Words matter. Huff Po article says “ The surviving Boston Marathon bombing suspect suffered multiple gunshot wounds including one to the face, a skull fracture, and various other injuries when he was captured…….”. They allowed this erroneous or perhaps insidious wording to state as fact that he received all these injuries including a bullet to the face “when he was captured”. The fact is, all his injuries happened BEFORE he was captured. Probably during his participation in multiple shootouts and the killing spree that took place BEFORE he was captured. Does the Huff Po want us to think he was brutalized “when he was captured”?
