Local b&m

So I stopped at a b&m last night. It's not the b&m that I go to daily that one was closed
So I grab a couple sticks I want and go to leave. The guy tells me he just bought the store and is starting to get reg customers.
so he give me a VIP discount card and one of his use blends to try.
I broke the store blend out for the first smoke of the day.
I cut the cap off and there's a birds feather wound in with the fillers.
now I'm not looking for anything out of it however do you guys think I should let it slide
or should I call and let him know in case it's a QC problem
thanks for the input

if he JUST bought the store he may not have had control over QC for that cigar. tell him. that way in the future he will have a better eye for quality.

Sounds like good luck to me! ahahha. To be honest I wouldn't know what to do in that case! Seems like an odd item to find in your cigar. Do you have pictures?

+1 I work in a business that is all about the customer enjoying the product enough to come back. I would want to hear feed back on any issue, as long as the person wasn't being a pr1ck when he is telling me. I would grab a few sticks then let him know nicely when you are checking out. If he is a good sales person he will take it well and maybe offer you a discount or free stick to make up for it.

Thread, string, feathers. I've found all of them in cigars.
You have to sometimes wonder where they roll cigars.

Best to let them know what you found.

I'd take it back in the store be all like "I bought a cigar not a pillow!" Then I'd THROW IT ON THE GROUND!!!
