you ought to make it a point to come down for our Mardi Gras celebration before they are gone. we have the second largest MG celbration in north america and 3rd largest in the western hemisphere. It's like New Orleans lite.

it is the saturday before ash wednesday......so it changes every year, but anywhere from mid february to early march. Next year it would be March 1st.
