    Along the same lines, the University of Kentucky Wildcats basketball team and Coach John Calipari visited my sons school yesterday. They were performing charity work by washing the students feet and gifting them with new shoes courtesy of the Good Samaritan organization. Not every athlete is a money grubbing mooch...

    That is really cool. It is great to see people giving back. Though it does make me sad reading how the teachers there previously had apparently given up on these children and labeled them unteachable for daring to be poor....
