Well our lease is almost up, so we can get out of the shlt hole ghetto house. We found a house that has almost everything on our checklist. It was over our price range (rent) bit we offered to sign a longer lease if they dropped the rent...they agreed. Now we have to wait and see if our application goes through ok.
the house is 3 bed 2 bath, single car attached garage, storage shed, a carport attached to a now enclosed 2 car garage with plumbing and electricity..yup...man cave central. If we don't get this place we will he crushed. The schools in the area are top notch as well.
not been around lately so figured I would give an update to those that care.
