So i get home from my det on the ship to find the 5 pack of M o'W Ruinations i ordered in my humi. Only they "dont look like the picture". It is the 6 x 60(Robusto #2)and feels pretty heavy... but it lacks the second band below the MOW top band. Anyone else run into this? I got it of a reputable site. Experiences?

I got the 6x60 also, but mine did have the bands. I was under the impression all the Ruinations had the foot band, which helped tell them apart? Welcome back, and enjoy them. The first one (and only) was excellent. I'm aging the other three.
Wise man speaketh! Thanks for putting that one to bed Alex! I still havent smoked one, i reached for one yesterdat and my hand landed on a Gurkha Black Puro(eh...shoulda gone with the mow). But today is looking better. Hey Laker, if i dig em i'll let you know but i got a funny feeling you may be smoking one soon...
I was gonna say Christmas... but the fun went out of that a LONG time ago.
Hey jet...if I were you... I would start using my other hand LMAO
Should I be putting on my hockey helmet again ? I had "Helmet head" for a month after April's bomb scares. Thanks Jet.
Hey you never know. I am still waiting for this one to arrive and sample. Once that is done I if it is as good as Alex and Jet are saying then I will be looking for a box split with someone. If Jet's not into it this time maybe we can do a split. Or maybe you and Jet would want to do a three way split? I don't really care as long as I like them then I will want some multiples in the humi, that's all I know for sure.
What did you think of the box split idea ?
we can hold off as long as you want Vinnie. You just let me know when and i'll send my portion and something to cover the shipping.
I know about the shipping thing... my wife thinks we are all "flake's" because we spend so much time and money on cigars and then "ship them all over the bloody place". LMAO
There's an interesting question Joe. What size would you prefer Jet?
So you know Joe, Cholmes8310 was also asking about getting in on a three way split. Now I'm just thinking that if we are not all of the same mind regarding size then we still may all be able to pull off a split together, even if it is done in two separate splits.
Myself, I would prefer the Robusto #1.
Funny, the ONLY stick I have tried in a 60 gauge that I preferred over other sizes of the same stick is the Oliva V Series. Those Double Toro's are just a fantastic cigar. 2 hours + of pure pleasure.
So I am in for a split of the Robusto #1's. Vinnie? Cholmes?
