DPO/APO users

Have you ever lost your packages sending via DPO/APO to the US location? It never happened to me until now. I sent four packages two months ago and assume they stuck somewhere or simply disappeared. While I was on my R&R, my secretary sent them through my DPO account and lost the tracking numbers. Any thought?

    I have had a few things get lost, only to turn up later, like months later. Other than luck, there isn't much that can be done as far as tracking them down. For APO anyways.
