I have a few buddies over in Afghanistan right now, and I feel like sending em a care package, but I have no idea what to include! I have searched online and gotten some good ideas, but I would like to hear from the guys who served on what you appreciated getting or wanted. Thanks guys

No clue on if you're a baker or not but one of my favorite things to get was homemade cookies. If ya go that route put em in a ziplock with a piece of white bread, it helps keep em from drying out...
If you're not into cookies you can always do the single serv packets of cool aide mix (multiple flavors). Magazines, small games (handheld poker...)
Most of the stuff I remember getting that I enjoyed having over there is stuff that we take for granted and dont even think about being anything special when we're at home...

Baby wipes. Every care package we ever got included baby wipes. They were usually the first thing claimed from each box. There is nothing like being able to achieve a good wiping to get the sand and grundle grime out.
