I found some Japanese chicken katsu curry stuck in between my teeth. That was a nice pre-workout meal

    I have not so good teeth. I had to get a crown put in last weekend. that hurt

    Are we posting pre-workout meals here now? I'll post mine later today.

    Worst pre-workout meal decision: nachos. Don't do it, unless you want to risk shatting yourself mid-workout.

    Im not so worried about the sharting thing, but constantly burping up whatever you ate before while lifting... its to say the least a distraction.

    Yeah or if you eat spicy food before, and your chest is burning, that always sucks.

    I had wassabi with some chicken before a leg workout. It pumps you up like crazy. Makes your blood vessels swell and gives you hella energy... till you burp. Gawd DAMN that hurt! It made it to my "Notes to Self."
