Filler question

This is a pretty simple question: Long filler is used in handmade cigars, and short filler is generally used in machine made, correct? So, if a cigar says the filler is "combo," would this mean that it is machine made or handmade or would it depend on the cigar?

they have hand made elements. long filler is still used and that needs to be bunched.
