I am unable to edit my profile or preferences, it gives me an error and I am 100% confident it is on the Ccom side after all of my troubleshooting and "The Beard" had mentioned it might be because of the '.' in my username...please HELP!

I changed a few things on mine this morning, and got an error message 90% of the time....that being said, I made some changes, got the error message, then came back to the forum, and my changes I wanted to make were made....might not be the case for everyone but that is what I experienced today...

If your trying to change things using an iPhone I've found that it won't work on some things like an avatar. You need a computer or a laptop. I'd like to change my handle but it doesn't look like you can without deleting the account.0

My issue is that I just can't get into my profile or edit my personal info for the forums with any computer device. I want to edit my wish list and such but I can't get past the error message0
