For me it's a tie between A Christmas Story and National Lampoon Christmas Vacation. I also like Holiday inn, White Christmas, and a Christmas Carol with George C Scott.
Others the wife and I enjoy are: Home Alone, A Christmas Carol (The digital one with Jim Carry is really good), Love Actually (not a traditional Christmas movie, but it's good), It's a Wonderful life, Scrooged and Die Hard (Now I have a Machine Gun! Ho Ho Ho!)

I like the Christmas Carol with George C. Scott-he is a great Scrooge and the sets and costumes are well done. I also liked the old one (the original?) with Alastair Sim.
The original Rudolph Red Nose Reindeer, reminds me when I was a kid and believed in Santa and how much fun I had waking up Christmas morning. My little one watches it, so I can say I have to watch it.
A Christmas Story and original Rudolf (tradition to watch these every Christmas, makes me fee like a kid again) and National Lampoon Christmas Vacation
