    Hey guys,

    I got a message from Andy D this evening saying there had been some issues with some of the sales I conducted. I am terribly sorry for taking so long to get back to you all, the start of this year has just been entirely hectic and terrible. I have gone through my PMs (unfortunately some of the older ones have disappeared due to inactivity?) and read this thread and I can find 3 individuals to whom I neglected to get their packages out. I can't find your item lists in the PM but I did record them in a spreadsheet. Would these 3 people please PM me to confirm that this list is correct - also anyone else who did not get a package from me!

    I believe that covers everything, please let me know if it doesn't! I have been so busy lately lots of these smaller things have just gotten lost in the shuffle. On Saturday I am having to relocate to a new residence for the fourth time in the last month. Internet is sparse, free time is sparser. Until Sunday I am staying with a friend, and will check back here frequently. Once the packages for those three people I listed have been figured out, I will get everything sent out via USPS Priority.

    Again, I cannot say how sorry I am that you all got held up in this miss. It was never my intention, and I will certainly be making good on any transactions that fell through the cracks.

    If I had given an address to anyone previously, that address is no longer correct. PM me if you need the new one.


    Thanks for not instantly jumping on the "kill him" wagon guys, but I can certainly understand those of you who decided to get on it in more recently. I can't believe I let this happen!

    Once again, Cigar.com customer service has proven itself superior to all others! I cannot think of any other Internet based retailers with this kind of personal relationship with the customers. This is just one of many reasons why all my internet based cigar purchases come from Cigar.com!

    +1000000 I cannot think of many retailers, period, that have this sort of personal relationship with customers.

    Well, I got a package in the mail from Mr. Pillow today, that's the good news. The rest of the story is none of the cigars are what I bought lol. I think there was an address mix-up. I have the San Lotano Habanos and Nubs, who out there has the Oliva V-M, Graycliff DE, etc. etc.? I wouldn't mind swapping, I have tons of Lotanos already. This whole this is crazyness...

    Evening gents, Just wanted to drop by and let you all know that things have finally settled down. Got a place to stay, found work, and am working on getting back into the swing of life. I am fairly sure I took care of everything that went askew in this fiasco, but please let me know if I have still missed out on something. I would also like to thank those whom I have known from before this thread, that stuck up for me when times looked (understandably) bleak. Hopefully in the coming time I will get back into the world of Cigars, and perhaps have reason to take part in some of the discussion here. Thanks again guys, you've all been great. Cheers, Byron

    Nice to hear from you, glad you're in a better spot now. Just so everyone knows Byron and I worked our deal out through pm's and he made good on his end, a real stand-up BOTL. Great having you back.
