those maintenance free temp controlled humi's that Alex had said were coming to ccoms inventory? I know Alex had one some forum members picked them up and had some pics posted. Just wondering how they are holding up? performing as promised?

My biggest problem with it is keeping humidity lower. Sometimes the humidity creeps up to high 70s and then I need to turn it off, open it up and leave it open with my dehumidifier on. I have done this too many times to count. This may be my fault though in case I put too much water in the resevior. The only other problem I have is sometimes it shows 83 - 87% but the stand alone hygros (I have three in there) show 71 - 72. So, I'm not sure what is up with that. I really love the fact that when it is really hot, I can keep the temps lower in there. If you set it at lets say 66 degrees, once the temp raises to 68 it will kick on the compressor and lower to 66.
