This was one of the new release (re-release) Padillas...overall it was a very good stick. Had some spice that I like and kept my attention from entire smoke. Still looking forward to trying the Pepin Padillas that you and Dustin gifted me with.

I almost ordered some of these the other day, have to give them a try. Thanks Bro!
Didn't get any "action shots" but this is the aftermath of yesterday's B&M event.
Had the flathead first, been curious to try one for a while now ..... really enjoyed it. Will do a more "proper" review on the next one I smoke.
Lit up the Nica Rustica next....man that thing smoked fast considering the size....it didn't burn hot and I don't think I was puffing too quickly but it just seemed to go fast. Will have to revisit it.
LFD Box press - I normally love LFD and box press but this was the "dud" of the day. The draw was beyond tight, like trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose....damn. And the burn started to canoe after the first inch or so and was difficult for the duration of the smoke.
Tried the Monte last ... don't know if my palate was just burnt out, or if I had too many drinks at that point and my memory is foggy ... but eh, I was unimpressed and underwhelmed. I wouldn't smoke this one again. I love the Monte Whites and ISOMs, but this had that the bland, generic wide release "General Cigar" profile you get with most of their widely distributed cigars.
I've flossed/brushed/mouthwashed multiple times, ate, drank, and just try to get the taste out of my mouth but damn it tastes like an ashtray this morning --- not a pleasant aftertaste like some smokes.
Too many med-full body smokes in one day. Amateur mistake, I should have known I can't handle that much. Should have limited myself to one of the above and stuck with some MOW Vitrues (FTW) as the rest.
I need to go get some citrus fruits at lunch and see if that will cleanse my palate. Uggg gross.
