Finally got a chance to light one of these up yesterday around lunch time ... I'm no expert "taster" but I'm 99% sure they're MOW Virtues with a different label.
Good MOW smoke, as always. Nice flavors, great construction...tasty. Cut the cap with my Xi2 and it lit easily with my Lotus single-flame lighter. And the stogie stand held it perfectly for the duration of the smoke.
(sorry didn't get an action shot, phone was dead)
Alright Sammy, that's the way to go! What ya think?
Loved it. From the LP I've had so far, I'm pretty certain I love the whole line lol They're pretty expensive unfortunately, and especially at the B&M but it was a nice treat after a long week.
I am about to light up a "My Father" that I believe is a No. 5 Toro, so generously sent to me by bandyT09. And if it finishes like it has started it will be the "My Father" I will try and keep on hand.
Had time for a quick smoke so I reached into the ol' humi and pulled out a box pressed Gurhka overrun that my buddy Walt sent me. First Gurhka I've had. First 1/3 had notes of wood (or was that cardboard?)... Second 1/3 suggested a strong aroma of pepper (spray)... Last 1/3 had a hint of vomit, but that could have just been the result of throwing up in my mouth a little.
Just kidding, Walt! That was just for the Gurhka haters. It was a descent stick, and it was nice to be able to take advantage of a relatively warm and sunny afternoon.
