    Patton
We have a winner. PATTON is correct. He won the Academy Award and turned it down. The other actor was Karl Mauldin (sp?). The stars refered to his 4 stars. I will get something out to you Jamie.

NEW MOVIE. Clue #1: What is James Bond's favorite drink. The winning answer will require a complete description of the ingridients and how it is served.

Three measures of Gin (usually Gordon's)
one measure of vodka (can't remember him naming a specific brand)
half a measure of Kina Lillet.
Shaken until very cold with thin slice of lemon peel...

    Vesper Martini
3 oz. Gin 1 oz. Vodka 0.5 oz. Lillet Blanc
"Shake it very well until it's ice-cold, then add a large thin slice of lemon-peel."
    there ya go!

3 measures of Gordons Gin, 1 measure of Vodka, and a half measure of Kina Lillet. Shaken over crushed ice until chilled (2 min avg) then poured "Up" in the glass. That's the one that I have written down as Bond's martini from the books from Ian Fleming's Bond. Could be mistaken, but that is my final answer :)

We have a winner....kind of. The corerect answer that I am looking for is: "Vodka Martini, shaken and not stirred". In the spirit of the game, Robbyras is the winner. However, I will give a bonus prize to another brother that can guess the right answer to this question: In the movies, his SIGNATURE drink may be a Vodka Martini, shaken and not stirred, But in the BOOKS what is the cocktail that he drinks the most?? Sorry, Rob, 2nd prize to another brother. Hint: This is a one word answer. While there are many names for it, I want the name he calles it.

I was going with the Vesper Martini from Casino Royal... I got it from the movie not the books... so I didn't win... looks like none of us got it right...

Scotch & Soda is what he drinks more often than not in the books if memory serves correct.
