I showed one of the guys in my unit this picture and I had to get a mop out he was drooling so bad. That looks great. How much old bay did you use?

Got them from a place called Cravin' Crabs. First time I've had theirs and they were good. They steamed them so I'm not sure how much old bay they used but I think there were some other spices going on in their too, definitely some rock salt. I've had them from other places where the seasoning was just so-so. Not this place, incredible seasoning. Gets your thirst going for the frosty brew, if you know what I mean.

Just tried your combo for dinner tonight. Grilled polish sausage, diced onions, diced olives out of some hot giardiniera, and mustard...incredible

Just cooked up some beef for Italian Beef Sandwiches later on. Thin slice this up, return it to the juice, put on a roll with some sweet peppers and hot giardiniera. Heaven on a roll

Haven't got any meat pics at the moment... I do a lot of baking. For those that don't already know, one of the other forums where I post requires "protection" in meal pictures (in case you're wondering). Sausage gravy and scratch biscuits. Yes, there are biscuits under there. No you can't see them. That's how you know you made enough gravy. image Fresh bread and pie ( I think that one was peach) Homemade spicy mustard, pickled garlic, and ketchup. My homebrew hard cider. Yum. image

Zoom, the added meal 'protection' cracks me up. Baking and firearms - quite a combo! What's the story and why does the other forum require protection in the pics??

I also like your method for determining if you have enough gravy or not. Solid.

I think zoom just came up with a few new show ideas for Food Network. "Cookin While You Carry", or maybe "Sons with Guns Making Buns".

It's a gun forum (sigforum, if anyone is interested. great board). And the idea is that you don't want anyone sneaking up and stealing all that good grub. It's not really required, but has come to be expected.
