Ccom customer service - Andrew

I called in to change the shipping address for my cotmc. During that process, I explained I had not received my last shipment due to what I think is a USPS issue. He is having another package sent out today. Wow, I'm floored.

Thanks Andrew, you have a customer for life.

    I just called in to see if they are still honoring the daily deal of the 5-vegas anomaly that was on earlier this morning but has since changed. Not only did Andrew still honor that deal with 2 fivers and free shipping, but he also discounted 2 CAO Brazilias that ordered as well.

    Yep. CCom's customer service is pretty much unbeatable. Whenever I have had an issue in the past (and I've never had a major one anyway), Tim has done me right, and taken care of it immediately, often going the extra mile.
