I remember someone talking about how they converted the foam humidity holder in the cigar oasis to hold beads instead of the foam. Can someone help me on how to do this, thanks.

You will probably need some realy fine mesh screen as the beads are small and will fit through some of the vent holes. I took mine apart, it just snapped open, cut some screen and formed it to the base, filled it about 2/3 full, then messed around a bit to get a good fit so they don't spill when you close the lid. Worked OK but hard to tell when to add water unless you popped it open. Also had to put stronger mangets on to hold it up. I now use bead pucks.
