Has anyone used the free 2day shipping?

No matter what I try to purchase, there's always a $10 charge for the FREE 2 day shipping. It all met the criteria and I'm not sure how free=$10. What am I missing here? Thanks.

I took it to mean: upgraded from the tier below 2-day shipping for free.
So, you pay for shipping, but they bump you to two day instead of Standard shipping for the same price.

They had free shipping for a while, now it's a free upgrade so you get it by Christmas but it costs money. I wish I ordered more when the shipping was flat out free.

I ordered yesterday using the free upgrade. Basically you get UPS 2 day for the price of regular ground. It took me awhile to figure that out but that's what the upgrade is.
