    you could save the data entry until you have about five or so to input...just keep notes if you don't remember all the info.

    I had a friend of mine set up a spreadsheet (she is so much smarter then me) and I track that way. Pretty cool because she set it up to show brand, name, origin, wraper, strength, size, when recieved, cost, msrp, and a note section. Each column can be totaled or alphabetized. I go through my sticks about every 6 months and check my inventory to my spreadsheet. Im usualy off a few, but its a good time to rotate the stock.

    For anyone looking for Office-like software I have to throw out there Open Office. I've been using it for years at home and haven't been disappointed yet. If you go to www.openoffice.org you can find the download for Windows in English pretty easy, but here's a handy link to all O/S (Including Linux, Mac and Solaris) and all languages:
