Not sure if anyone expected such a downturn in the past several days, since all the guesses had the Dow at above 10,000. Anyways, it looks like surfingzeeko is our winner at 10050.7! He edged out cholmes by only 23 points! In the bonus stage, I am going to give him BP and the exchange rate because he was extremely close (less than $1 for BP and 0.0002 for the exchange rate).
