Lol. Not saying I would do the same if I had it to do again, but at least they seem to be working out now. Once I confirm that they're smoking well, I'm gonna bomb Sniper with a bundle.
Dont feel bad----and Ill do you one better. I have never had ANY Romero y Julieta outside of ISOMs that I thought was worth smoking again, and the majority of them were indeed...the goats rear end.
You Guys. lol. I've got no illusions about the Obsidian, once upon a time I thought it was a good cigar, but time changes many things and with the inherent construction issues the Obsidian is prone to, even I have a hard time justifying it as anything more than decent...and I've been one of the few people who don't flat out hate it. I've really wanted to like the Obsidian, but the damn cigar makes it a hard one to like, even when I get a good one the flavor just doesn't make up for the pain in the ass most of them have been. That's why I think it only fair to part ways with my remaining bundle and send it on to Sniper who secretly loves the Obsidian...that's right fellas, for all the public badmouthing he does, Glen has confided to me, in private, that he can't get enough of the Obsidian. No use denying your love Glen, we accept you with open arms for all that you are as well as all that you are not. My generosity brings tears to my eyes sometimes.

Joe, let me know when you send them to Glen so I can put a mazo of 1666's in there for him as well, it would be just like Christmas in March for him..........LOL
Might I add one more? La Herencia Cubana Robusto. I've had the toro and loved it, but the robusto tasted like an ash tray full of goat s*** that was found in a dumpster. Just my opinion though.
That's what I'm guessing, I'll try a few more to see. I love the toro. I found the Oscuro Fuerte to be terrible as well, and I've had more than a few of those. I'll just stick with the original toro to be safe.
i might get banned... But i have had two Oliva master Blends and could not finish the last one. struggled with the first so thought i needed to let it rest some more. so revisited it a couple weeks ago and could not finish the stick. threw it away after 10 puffs and gave the remaining two to a buddy. I got one left and ii will let it rest coma style and will try an wake it up later this year..
I am a fan of the Graycliff line. But, only the ones from the Bahamas. The others, well not so much. If you look around, you can get a good price on almost the entire line. I just picked up a 15er of the new Platinum Ed. Limited Robustos for $46.
