Smoked a Beauty Maduro Robusto earlier, and damn it was good. By and large, I'm not a huge fan of Gurkhas, but there are a few on my list. This one just got itself a spot on said list.

I had a RP Sun Grown. I have a good cigar buzz going on now. I guess not having the windows open really caught up with me. Too cold here to smoke outside. Very flavorful and I really enjoyed it. Thanks Jeff for suggesting this smoke.

Well still no smokes for me, but a buddy of mine called today with good news! My local B&M got in their Anejo shipment and they have them for $11 a stick for the No. 55! He is going to pick me up a few tomorrow on his way home from work since he drives by the shop everyday. With all the talk on here about them lately I've started craving them... I'll have to pick up a few to stash away to last throughout the year and a couple to smoke in the next month or two.

Went out to the garage tonight and lit up a Perdomo Lot 23 Maduro (thanks Stan). Overall it was an enjoyable smoke but not one that tells me I want many more of these. I enjoyed this while watching Payback (which is an awesome movie!!) and drinking the ever, pairs well with everything, Yuengling Lager on tap.

It was my first cigar in over 2 weeks......oh how I have missed it! Between work and everything around the house it has been hard to find time. If anything has come from the wait, at least my cigars are aging well.

Today was a Man O' War day. Started early this afternoon with of those and finished it up tonight with a Ruination.

It was a good cigar day :)

Well it's been a few days since I've checked in, so I'll just stick to the highlights. Yesterday I had my first Ruination and it was fan-freakin-tastic! I can't wait till the others I have get some more time on them, it was really good :^) Then it was a Camacho coyolar, also very good, different, but I liked it. Those will need a revisit down the road. Today it was all about the Fusion. This afternoon I started with a RP Fusion MM. I liked it quite a bit, but would like to see how it would do with more rest (had a bit over a month on it). Tonight is the RP Fusion. I am diggin' it more than the first Fusion I tried which wasn't rested well enough to smoke right. They are both quite tasty in my book and will both need a revisit in the future. It is an absolutely beautiful night up here in the Pac NW to be out walking around enjoying a hand rolled bit of goodness. Life is good...

Whelp, after getting pnemonia, a cold, dislocating my shoulder, and herniating a disc in my back, I'm finally getting to do things again (like getting out of bed.) I'm smoking an AF King 'T' that my girlfriend bought for me as part of our anniversary present, and I'm actually enjoying the hell out of it for a mild cigar.

Wow man, sounds like you've been having a shitty time. How the hell did you manage to dislocate your shoulder and herniate a disc in your back with pneumonia?

I've actually herniated 2 discs on 2 separate (1 disc each time) occasions from coughing too hard in a weakened state. I feel for ya man...

Today was a Carlos Torano Casa Torano Maduro ... Usually I really enjoy these but today this one just tasted "off ". Very earthy, almost like dirt for most of the stick. I wanted to quit it many times but kept hoping for a huge improvement.. It came in the last third where it became nutty, woody and with just a touch of sweetness. I won't give up on them though since they have been pleasing in the past. In defense of this cigar, the burn was perfect and the aroma was very pleasant throughout.

Was planning on a Gurkha Park Avenue, but am now thinking something more robust is in order. It's going to be a toss up between a Diesel and a Padron 2000.

I'm about halfway in on my first Illusione, the mj12, and I am blown away. I haven't felt like this about a new cigar since the first Tatuaje I smoked. Wow.

Went to the casino with the wife and my father in law ...... for the buffet and a lil gambling ...... after a lil play we got our fill on and i found a nice lil spot to chill and play some slot while a cute waitress brought me vodka/tea to wet my whistle while i smoked an Aurturo Fuente Curlyhead that i got from Bass in a trade we did recently ....... i was very impressed and had numerous people ask what that fantastic smelling cigar was , with the exception of 1 old curmudgeon who was mad that i lit a cigar and i told him that i was offended that he had a lit cigarette. What a great smoke that was ....... nice and creamy and lots of white billowing smoke, i was really impressed as i got a great transition from spicy to sweet then a nice combo of both and what i think was just a touch of leather....... I was a happy camper today

Had a Don Pepin Blue toro this afternoon, always an enjoyable cigar...especially for the price on the daily deal last week. To finish the day I had a 5 Vegas Triple A, honestly I didn't feel it was anything to write home about, good cigar sure, just nothing I want to be holding heavy on.

Well I thought I was putting them to bed for the winter because too cold to smoke outside BUT, I had access to a nice big outdoor hot tub at 107 degrees for the last week so I have been smoking! I have had: Man O' War Cuba Libre Cohiba Siglo IV 5 Vegas Miami Going to have a Cohiba Black or Rocky Patel 1961 on a road trip today.

I had planned on sleeping all day, but I woke up at like 7:30. I've got coffee, jazz, and a 5 Vegas Cask Strength II going, all while keeping warm inside as the snow and rain fall. Uncharacteristic weather for this time of year in Texas, but it's actually kind of nice. It's been a pretty good day off of work so far.

I can't really speak for consistency since I have only had the one stick, but I do hope they have fixed it, because I want every cigar of theirs I have in the future to be like the one last night.

I just lit up a RP Renaissance, it is one of my favorite morning cigars.

I recommend the Illusione cg:4. I've had a few of them, and they've all been tops in my book.

For a more mild but still flavorful smoke go with the Epernay. I've had a couple and they were both a damn good smoke.

Today a Casa Torano connecticut toro. Perfect draw..perfect burn. And, IMO, one of the best mild/medium cigars I've had so far. The last 1/3 gave a bit of pepper which was a surprise.
