This is actually from Tuesday night; I started out with a Saint Luis Rey which was good and then a Nicarao Exclusivo which I received in a sampler about a year ago. I don't think it is worth the price if purchased separately. I finished with a 3 year old La Reloba Seleccion Mexico which was fantastic.
Last night started with a Padilla Habano from September of 2010, damn this smoke was fantastic. The blend has taken on a light floral note with some spice and a slightly nutty short finish. I haven't tried the new Padilla Reserve Habano, but I don't think even Oliva could improve from the old blend.
Next was an AB Maxx Traditional from November 2010, this blend has really become a solid smoke with age. I finally finished with an Outlaw 13 with over a year of age and it is really well balanced with a clean short finish. Great night!!!
Decided to try a Gurkha Seduction. Not a bad tasting cigar, but the construction was terrible! Cap split when I cut it... it was loose and spongy... and the wrapper peeled off halfway through the smoke.
