So what's the difference between ebony and that last walnut humidor you posted? They both look like dark wood, almost the same color

I've never heard of Goncalo Alves. It's pretty. Looks kinda like a knotty mahogany, if there is such a thing.

This is Macassar Ebony... it's a much denser wood and very nice to work with.... Walnut is a bit more grainy....
