Yes it is. Uppowoc Perfecto. Last August I went on a 3 a day rolling spree. Rolled a batch of sixty of these. Filler is three parts Criollo 98, one part Brazillian Mata Fina, bound with Ecuador Sumatra and wrapped with Habano 2000. Tastes very similar to the HC Criollo I smoked today. I salted them away for this occasion, so it has three or four months on it. Had an internet label site print me some It's a Scout bands for fun. They tend to be tight when first lit cause I haven't figured that out yet, but they open up once they burn past the taper.
