I've Lost It

I lose so you win contest.

Over the last 5 weeks + 2 weeks of maintenance, so 7 weeks total, I have lost weight; didn't do it on my own it was program based. Program was based on proteins and veggies with no carbs and worst of all for me NO ALCOHOL. However, the most important aspect now though is I FEEL GREAT. I have more energy now and can actually see my feet when I look down. In fact, when I have to bend over to tie my shoes I can do both without getting lightheaded or having to take a breather in between.

Here's the contest:
Guess how much weight I have lost in the past 7 weeks to the nearest tenth of a pound. Closest to actual weight lost by 9:00 PST on Sunday night will receive cigars from me.

Cool story, bro. Don't believe it. The no alcohol was a deal breaker and you have gained 5 lbs to the beer belly. Oh wait, that was me.

I'm on a 2000 cal diet and trying to work beer into it is tough. I don't mind it though. Beer and cheese for dinner is swesome.
