Salary plus over-ride at the regular job. But I also have two businesses on the side. And now the gummint pays me a social security pittance.0

Well, salary until my old company fired me for not agreeing to sign an insane non-compete agreement, then hourly after. Same job, same desk (client kept me on board), twice the money. Who knew getting fired would turn out to be my best career move to date :-/ Talk about some stress though!!0
