    Currahee, all the way sir!

Another amazing brother lost. We'll never see a generation like that again.

Man I loved my time in the 101st, and I was humbled to be a Currahee

I've watched that so many times. Got to meet a few of the guys a few years back. Talk about mad respect.

I have the DVD's (loaned out, again) and I still watch it every time it is on cable. Amazing group of men. My father was "beach master" on D Day and I could never get him to talk about it.

The greatest piece of storytelling ever put on television. Nothing even comes close in my mind. It made me feel a deep kinship with those men and I could watch it another 25 times and I'd still feel the same way. Bless him and all those in the 101st for doing what most could not. Rest in peace.

R.I.P. Wild Bill. A last you've made your final jump, may it be with smooth winds and a soft landing. Forever A SCREAMING EAGLE.
