I was going to tell you to take the wheat noodles back and get rice noodles if you had bought wheat noodles. It tastes a lot better with rice noodles. There should be a recipe thread on here where everyone can discuss their recipes. Let me know how it turns outEoL:

pho has started. the recipe I read said a stick of cinnamon which i thought was weird... put it in a cheese cloth to stop it from completely dissolving. it dissolved.. so... yeah... might have to find something to negate the flavor of cinnamon. lol0

Damit Vinny you had to post a pic of Pho!... Seriously I dream about the stuff. My buddies wife is from Vietnam and had it for the first time last month. Now I HOUND him weekly for more Pho! Something about it. All the fresh ingredients, actual home made beef stock...ahhh. He also said " Bro try a big glob of shrimp paste" I did and about puked! Wasn't expecting that.??
