Need help identifying lighters

I found two butane lighters that no longer spark. I was wondering if anyone could help identify who manufactures theses lighters. Here is a link to a picture of the two lighters http://imgur.com/k8xyKqc

There is usually something at the bottom of the plate that will give you something to read..if not, then you'd have to pull the chamber apart and look inside.

Or they might be inserts that you can pull out and will have some name on them. Otherwise there is no way to ID these unless someone's actually seen them before.

I found a few (though not to informative) links using my Google certification, there only related to the one with the little bar/tube ascetic that the lid closes on though, called a "Rider Lighter" don't know if will help at all, maybe someone here with a higher level Google certification than I can take it over
