Herf-a-dor question

It may be a stupid question, but I am going on vacation in a couple of weeks and want to bring some of my own cigars. Do you need to season a herf-a-dor or just put so solution in the humidifer and everything thing is good to go?

    no need to season, it is plastic not wood.

    do you have a water pillow? If so just throw that in there.

    Thanks for the info. I do have some pillows and I'll throw it in when I go. I figured as much, but wanted to be safe instead of sorry.

    I use a piece of cedar from a box, the thin insert cut to herfador size. For humidification, I've had the same boveda pack in mine for over a year.
