Is this Cuban Montecristo No. 2 Authentic?

Hi my friend gave me this cigar the other day. He said it is from cuba. however i am skeptical. Does anyone know if this is authentic or not. thank you so much in advance. and i am sorry for sounding like a newbie. ( because i am.)
I also took a photo of the "tax stamp" that was on the box when he took it off.

Well, that barcode gives this info: The product is original from Habanos S.A. HSA: 10.7019.26.0290 Descripcion: ROMEO Y JULIETA ROMEO No.3 CB-UW-C/S-9,9,7-A/T-25 So that seal is not from a box of Monte #2's. Probably pretty safe to assume the cigar isn't authentic, either.0

Yup! If you have the seal, Habanos has a site where you can can run the serial number. Gotta make sure thebcode works and the product matches.
